Aikerim Bektemirova is a highly accomplished professional with a PhD in Education from the University of Cambridge. Her extensive academic background also includes an MPhil in Education, Globalisation, and International Development from Cambridge, as well as a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Nazarbayev University. Throughout her career, Aikerim has participated in exchange programs in the United States and South Korea, enhancing her global perspective.

Her work experience includes roles as an associate and research intern in Dubai, where she contributed to consulting and development projects at Falcon and Associates and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA)

As a research intern, Aikerim worked on policy research and analysis focused on improving the physical learning environment in Dubai schools.
